Foundations of Project Management
Overview
You might not have project management in your title, but you are nonetheless managing projects both in your personal and work life. In this course you will discover the foundational project management concepts and best practices needed to successfully take a project through the project management lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Course Highlights
- Duration and format: two sessions, each two hours in length, online synchronous
- Target Audience: this course is for anyone that frequently leads projects and initiatives but does not hold a formal project management role
