Course description: Join Northeastern University network campuses and fellow professionals for a targeted learning experience to develop the skills you need to leverage AI technologies for enhanced sales performance. This course is a good fit for both beginners and seasoned sales professionals.
Participants will use real-world examples to explore the dynamic intersection of AI/analytics and sales, uncovering how AI applications revolutionize customer interactions, streamline processes, and supercharge sales outcomes.
Course learning objectives:
- Describe the core principles of AI and how they can be incorporated into sales processes
- Describe ethical AI and how it should be deployed in sales
- Identify ways that AI driven insights can be used to tailor sales approaches to individual customer needs and create lasting relationships
- Create recommendations for incorporating AI and Analytics into the sales department at your organization
Session topics:
- Session1: Introduction to AI/Analytics and Sales
- Session 2: Ethical AI and AI Lead Sales
Course project: Create recommendations for incorporating AI and Analytics into the sales department at your organization.
Program format:
- Two online live sessions
- About an hour of work between sessions
- Program cost: $750 per learner
